1. Activate the service when placing the order.
2. If you need to return an item you have purchased, submit a request via your personal account or contact our customer service team.
3. Send us the product in its original packaging, along with an invoice.
4. Once we have received the item, we will check if it meets the terms and conditions for returns.
5. If the part meets the required criteria, we will give you a refund or replace the item with another product if you prefer.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• All of the components of the product must be returned together.
• There should be no signs of damage, or installation marks.
• One order = one Safe Order return.

Please note: this service does not apply to tyres and bulky items, and goods from orders placed without activating the service.

You can use your saved bonuses to pay for orders at checkout.
